The Testing Center is a comprehensive technical department of analysis and test technology research and process test research under Shanghai Qiyu New Material Technology Co., LTD., which was established in 2019. Existing laboratory construction area of about 500 square meters, mainly responsible for non-ferrous metal microstructure research, metal material chemical composition analysis, metal material performance testing, aluminum alloy processing technology research and other functions.

The center is equipped with more than 10 sets of various instruments and equipment. Large precision instruments include tungsten filament scanning electron microscopy, direct reading spectrometer, ICP spectrometer, optical metallographic microscope, universal testing machine, hardness tester, etc. In addition, the testing center has long-term close cooperation with the analysis and testing Center of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, the School of Materials and other scientific research units, and can provide materials development, research, testing and analysis services.
